How Hyperfibre Upgrades Are Delivered

If you’re upgrading to Hyperfibre from a previous plan:

• You may first be connected to a standard 920Mbps/500Mbps plan.
• Once this is active and under Faro's management, we’ll submit an order to upgrade the ONT and port to Hyperfibre 4000.
• Chorus handles ONT upgrades — you don’t need to arrange this directly.

⏱ Timeline:

• Initial switch: up to 24–48 hours
• Hyperfibre conversion: varies, typically a few working days after initial connection.
