How to Update Your Payment Method (Stripe)
If your payment via Stripe fails (e.g. due to insufficient funds or expired card), and you need to update your payment method, follow these steps:
π Updating Your Card on File
We currently donβt support directly editing payment details in your existing subscription. Instead, here's what you can do:
- Place a new order for the same plan/product using your updated card details.
- Once the new subscription is confirmed:
- We will cancel the previous subscription.
- Any pending or paused charges on the old subscription will not be processed.
β After placing your new order, you're good to go. No further action is required.
