How Do I Set Up Faro HyperFibre at a New Home?

If you're moving into a new home and want to set up Faro HyperFibre:

• Let us know your move-in date.
• We’ll check for any active connection at the address — if one exists, we’ll need to know the previous provider’s name before Chorus can process the switchover.
• If a HyperFibre-capable terminal (ONT) is not already installed, Chorus will need to schedule a replacement. We'll confirm the install date once the order is submitted.
