How Long Does It Take to Get Connected?

Once your order is confirmed and Chorus has accepted it:

• If a new ONT installation is needed, it typically takes 1-2 weeks and up to 4 weeks.
• We’ll notify you as soon as the install date is confirmed (e.g. “6 August, AM”).
• Installation is handled by Chorus, and you'll need to be present at the property.
