Switching from Your Current ISP to Faro Internet

If you’re changing providers (e.g. from Slingshot):

  • Contact your current provider to confirm the disconnection date.
  • Let Faro know the name of your current provider — Chorus requires this to accept the switchover order.
  • If your current connection is scheduled to end on a specific date, Faro will time your new service accordingly.

💡 Tip: Avoid billing overlap by aligning your disconnection and Faro’s connection dates carefully.
